Descriere

Compresoarele Stager actionate prin curea sunt compresoare de aer profesionale, cu doua pistoane, intr-o treapta de compresie, actionate prin curea de un motor electric monofazat sau trifazat. Stager Air 60C200 este un compresor cu angrenare pe curea, utilizat in aplicatii profesionale si industriale. Avantajele utilizarii acestui compresor: durabilitate mare datorita transmisiei pe curea care reduce turatia pompei, zgomot mai redus comparativ cu modelele cu angrenare directa, debit mare de aer potrivit pentru utilizare intensiva si o racire mai buna, ceea ce reduce riscul de supraincalzire. Stager Air 60C200 poate fi utilizat in ateliere si industria usoara (alimentarea sculelor pneumatice, operararea echipamentelor pentru vopsit cu aer comprimat, actionarea dispozitivelor de suflare si curatare cu aer), in service-uri auto si vulcanizari (umflarea anvelopelor, alimentarea elevatoarelor si altor echipamente pneumatice, curatarea motoarelor si a componentelor cu jet de aer), in constructii (pentru alimentarea pistoalelor de cuie, aplicarea de vopsea si tencuiala mecanizata). Un alt domeniu in care poate fi utilizat cu succes este cel agricol, pentru alimentarea echipamentelor pentru erbicizare si pulverizare, pentru curatarea utilajelor agricole si a filtrelor de aer. Cu un motor trifazat cu putere de 4 kW si o presiune de 10 bari, Air 60C200 asigura un debit de aer refulat de 600L/min. Electromotorul este prevazut cu protectie termica cu resetare manuala, cu placa port-supape din otel, aripioare de racire a cilindrului si a capacului chiulasei de constructie speciala, tub colector cu aripioare de racire a aerului ce intra in rezervor, ventilatie cu debit mare, deflector aer cu randament ridicat. La fiabilitatea compresoarelor Stager contribuie in mare masura electromotoarele cu bobinaj din sarma de cupru de buna calitate.
